ClubRounds is a product operated by Sencira, LLC.
ClubRounds is a secure, all-in-one platform for managing memberships, tournaments, pairings, results, and communications. Use of ClubRounds may be subject to additional product-specific terms presented within the product. ClubRounds may send transactional SMS notifications to users who have expressly opted in; users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — are owned by Sencira, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Sencira and ClubRounds names and logos are trademarks of Sencira, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material on the Site without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior consent, including spam or any similar solicitation;
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Sencira, LLC, a Sencira employee, or any other person or entity;
- To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Site; or
